Kitchen Design

Kitchen fitting companies usually have their own CAD software, which is tailored to suit the number of styles & sizes of units that they supply & fit. The assets are then dragged & dropped into the shape of your kitchen.
​For most people this is a cost effective solution & gives a wide range choice & price.

I add another dimension by using much more powerful software that can create fully working designs from scratch.
These designs are not just pictures but fully working assemblies created within the computer. Each individual piece of furniture is designed & then placed into an environment or living space. The doors & draws of the units all operate, so we can be sure everything works as it should. Many different colours, materials & fabrics can be incorporated into the design. If something doesn't feel right, you can change it before the build starts. Once you are happy with your design, Plans can be produced from the designs for manufacture by a local company or trades person.
The little kitchen below at St Hilda's Church Ellerburn. Was machined on site from the old oak pews that were removed to make way for it. 
You do not have to put up with standard sizes & a tray space if you have imagination.

Remember these designs are for a manufacturer. You are not restricted by their set sizes or construction methods, you are also free to integrate any appliance you like, from any supplier or even use an existing bespoke range you already have.
